True to Mirazur’s biodynamic philosophy, the menus are inspired by local ingredients in Australia, and the menus will be planned in line with the lunar cycle with a new menu featured every week.
Each menu is a multi-course experience with up to 12 different elements.

In 2006, Mauro Colagreco established Mirazur in Menton, France in an unusual 1920s Modernist building with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea.
2012
Mirazur receives its 2nd Michelin star.
2019
In 2019, Mirazur received 3 stars from the French Michelin Guide and was voted No. 1 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants' List.
2020
In 2020, Mauro Colagreco was the first to obtain the "Plastic Free" certification for Mirazur.
Today
Always on the move with a desire to continue learning and moving forward, Mauro pursues his dreams to put the concerns of the Earth at the centre of his creations.
